Software updates Directory Listings Technical Support (via telephone, or email) for the entire Micro Florist, Visual Ticket product lines The Standard Support connects Visual Ticket Resources via the Internet. This vital link, acting as an umbilical cord, will continuously feed your installation with the latest and greatest enhancements, directory listing updates, news and product announcements as well as technical support via electronic mail (email), or phone. Prices vary depending of the number of stations at each site. Please check the Visual Ticket Support Signup form (From the Visual Ticket Main menu, go to Setup Menu, select Setup Manager, then click on Access button in the "Tech Support" area).
Tech. Support by phone is available from 11:00am to 5:00pm pacific time.
Visual Ticket Support is NOT mandatory. Once you choose to sign up for support, the Standard Support Plan is offered on a quarterly basis.
